1. One account per individual: Each person is permitted to hold only one bos69 account. Owning multiple accounts, whether directly or through another person, is strictly prohibited.
2. Latest update: You are responsible for ensuring that all information in your account remains accurate and up to date. Any changes to your name, phone number, or banking details must be reported to our support team.

You may close your BOS69 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, please ensure all remaining funds have been withdrawn, as BOS69 is not responsible for any unclaimed balance after the specified period.

BOS69 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account immediately in the following situations:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Evidence or suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or while using the platform.
• Request from a competent legal authority.
• Death of the account holder (in such cases, assets in the account will be handled in accordance with the applicable estate procedures).

If your account has been terminated and you believe this action was unjust, you have the right to submit a written appeal to the BOS69 support team within 30 days of the termination date. By using the BOS69 platform, you agree that any legal action or proceedings relating to these terms must be brought on an individual basis and not as part of a class action or collective claim. You hereby waive the right to participate in any class proceedings involving BOS69.
